New method for satisfaction survey quantitative analysis (June 7, 2012)

Nexyad developed a news method that can measure weights of customers satisfaction (satisfaction survey analysis) without all the practical problem of “negative weights” (all those that tried a linear regression on satisfaction data know what we mean). We estimate weights that are more relevant and that give more information to the marketing experts.
